American Board of Post-Acute and Long-Term Care Medicine (ABPLM)
This live activity has been pre-approved by the American Board of Post-Acute and Long-Term Care Medicine (ABPLM) for a total 12.5 possible credits, 9.75 credits have been designated as management credits and 4 credits have been designated as clinical credits, toward certification as a Certified Medical Director (CMD) in post-acute and long-term care medicine. The CMD program is administered by the ABPLM. Each physician should claim only those hours of credit actually spent on the activity.
Note: ABPLM credit designation will be determined by individual sessions attended.
 
American Board of Internal Medicine MOC Statement
Successful completion of this activity enables the participant to earn 12.5 Practice Assessment points [and patient safety, medical knowledge, MOC credit] in the American Board of Internal Medicine’s (ABIM) Maintenance of Certification (MOC) program. It is the sponsor’s responsibility to submit participant completion information to ABIM for the purpose of granting the MOC points.
