California Association of Long Term Care Medicine is accredited by the Institute for Medical Quality/California Medical Association (IMQ/CMA) to provide continuing medical education for physicians. 
California Association of Long Term Care Medicine designates this Live activity for a maximum of 19.5 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s)™.  Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity. This credit may also be applied to the CMA Certification in Continuing Medical Education.
This course complies with Assembly Bill 1195 Continuing Education: Cultural and Linguistic Competency.
American Board of Post-Acute and Long-Term Care Medicine (ABPLM)
This live activity has been pre-approved by the American Board of Post-Acute and Long-Term Care Medicine (ABPLM) for a total of 19.5 hours toward certification as a Certified Medical Director (CMD) in post-acute and long-term care medicine. The CMD program is administered by the ABPLM.  Each physician should claim only those hours of credit actually spent on the activity.  (12.5 management credits and 7 clinical credits.)
American Board of Internal Medicine MOC Statement
Successful completion of this activity enables the participant to earn 19.5 Practice Assessment points [and patient safety, medical knowledge, MOC credit] in the American Board of Internal Medicine’s (ABIM) Maintenance of Certification (MOC) program. It is the sponsor’s responsibility to submit participant completion information to ABIM for the purpose of granting the MOC points.

This course meets multiple requirements of the California Business and professions Codes 2190–2196.5 for physician CME, including cultural competency and geriatric credits.
